erikson1970, part Viking, part sous-chef, is an engineer and technologist with broad interests in RF systems, radar, software-defined radio, phased arrays, embedded computing, and signal processing. He enjoys exploring the intersection of hardware and software, particularly through hands-on experimentation, modeling, prototyping, and open-source tools.
His interests also extend to systems engineering, space and sensing technologies, scientific computing, and the history of technology. Outside of engineering, he has a longstanding interest in history, public institutions, gardening, cooking, and practical DIY projects.
